Annual Meeting and Election

The board is preparing for the Annual Meeting and we are accepting applications for the Board of Directors. I hope that you will consider serving on the board and please let me or any of the Members of the Board know if you have any questions. Please click here for the updated application instructing submissions to be sent to Adrian (acain@sneefarmcf.com). Select "Board Director Position" on the application if applying for the Board. Deadline is 8/10. Interviews by the nominating committee will be 8/17 immediately following the normal monthly board meeting. We invite you to join us for the meeting and interviews will begin at approximately 7:00pm at the club or via virtual method. 

The Board is also accepting applications from Homeowners to serve on the 2022 nominating committee.  Click here for application. Select "Committee Member Position" if applying for the nominating committee. Interviews to serve on the nominating committee will occur on as 8/17 as well. Beginning at approximately 7:00pm.

In accordance with the ADAR, Page 6, Article III, D. Suspension of Member's Rights, any member who violates any of the provisions of this Declaration, including but not limited to, default of Special or Annual Assessment and related penalties, may be suspended from voting rights and privileges including participating in meetings and other Member privileges until the violation has been corrected and debt is satisfied.
